We are much obliged for your inquiry about out sugar cubes. We are pleased to sate that the extraordinary size of your order would enables us to reduce our prices by 10 percent. You would appreciatel that the reduction in prices is substantial in view of the prices and conditions of raw material obtaining in the market. We, however hasten to add that this reduction will be allowed only if a minimum of 20 quintals is ordered every month. You will readily admit that it is necessary for us to impose some safeguarding conditions, and you must therefore, give us a firm undertaking to draw at least the above mentioned monthly quota or pay he full price for the quantity you order. You, however, will be free to reject any supplies that do not conform to the samples we are sending today by parcel. As our business connection are new, and we are strangers to each other, we should appreciate a couple of bank reference along also with the order.
