In reply to your letter dated February 22′ we have to say that after communicating with our plantations’ we find that’ owing to recent heavy rains’ cotton growth has suffered in quality. Prices are consequently lower and we can offer you one hundred bales at the rate of Rs.1000/- per maund. We hope this exceedingly law price will suit you. Hoping to hear from you soon.
